Cheesy Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 c. frozen corn
1/2 c. chopped broccoli
1/4 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. water
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of potato soup
1 c. milk
1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 oz. Provolone cheese, cut up
dash of pepper
Preparation

In medium saucepan, cook onion in margarine until tender but not brown.
Add corn, broccoli, carrot and water.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in soup, milk, cheese and pepper. Stir over medium heat until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.
Serves 4.
