Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion
    1 c. ketchup
    1 1/2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine the first 6 ingredients into medium mixing bowl; mix well.
    Shape into about 30 bite-size meatballs.
    Place in glass baking dish; cover with wax paper.
    Microwave for 8 minutes on roast; drain juice off.
    Place the second group of ingredients into a 1-quart microwave dish.
    Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes on High to cook.
    Pour sauce over meatballs and continue to cook for 3 to 4 minutes on Roast or until hot.
