Funnel Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. milk
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs; combine with milk.
Sift dry ingredients together and mix thoroughly with milk mixture.
Heat cooking oil in heavy skillet over medium heat.
Pour desired amount of batter through funnel into hot oil, making spirals and other shapes through manipulation of the funnel.
If batter is too thick, add milk.
If too thin, add flour.
When cake is golden brown, drain on brown paper bag.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still hot and serve.
Choose other toppings as desired.
