Blueberry Buckle Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed and drained
    Crumb Topping (following)
    Glaze (following)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Blend flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, shortening, milk and egg; beat 30 seconds.
    Carefully stir in blueberries.
    Spread batter in a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch square or 9 x 1 1/2-inch round pan.
    Sprinkle with Crumb Topping.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick test says it's done.
    Drizzle with Glaze and serve warm.
