Better Than Sex Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. coconut (optional)

Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, bake a cake.
In a medium saucepan, combine pineapple with juice and sugar.
Cook over medium heat until thick and syrupy.
When the cake is done, remove from oven and pierce the top with a fork (1-inch intervals).
Pour pineapple mixture over and let it cool completely.
