Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed or same amount fresh, cooked to tender
    1 small carton cottage cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 small onion, chopped and grated
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and
    pour in greased 9
    x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30
    minutes.
    Bake
    longer for crisp top.
    Excellent with fish and also freezes well.
