Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 chocolate pie crust
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy smooth, about 3 minutes. Blend in topping until no streaks appear. Pour into pie shell and freeze. May be topped with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
