Guacamole(Avocado Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large avocados
    1 large diced tomato
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 lime (juice only)
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Pit and peel avocados.
    Put in mixing bowl and mash to chunky texture.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
    If left to stand too long, avocados will turn brown.
    For best color and flavor, you should make this salad no more than one hour before serving.
