Rhubarb Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. flour
3 c. raw rhubarb
Preparation
-
Mix first 3 ingredients.
Pat into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until done.
