Puffed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 c. prepared Potato Buds
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
    1 medium onion, minced
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can French fried potato sticks
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients and beat until fluffy in a large bowl.
    Season if necessary.
    Spoon into a 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle potato sticks on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
