Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese
    1 c. milk
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1/3 c. rich round crackers, crushed (about 10)
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt margarine.
    Blend in flour and cheeses.
    Add milk.
    Cook and stir until mixture boils.
    Stir in broccoli. Place in 1-quart casserole.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
