Zucchini, Mushroom And Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium-size zucchini, cut in 1/4-inch slices
    1 large onion
    3 large tomatoes, diced
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. basil
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    5 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    In a 2 quart buttered casserole, alternate layers of zucchini, onion, tomatoes and mushrooms with combined salt, basil and Parmesan cheese.
    Dot with butter and bake uncovered at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
