New Potatoes With Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 to 20 new potatoes
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Clean the potatoes with brush. Wash thoroughly.
    Put in a large cooker; cover with water. Cook until tender. Add margarine. Mix flour, milk, salt and pepper until smooth.
    Pour over the potatoes and cook until smooth and thickened, adding more water if necessary.
