Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. squash
    1 onion, diced
    3/4 stick margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
    30 Ritz crackers, crumbled
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil squash for 5 minutes in small amount of water.
    Drain well.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into 2-quart greased baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
