Cato (Potato Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 c. mashed potatoes or instant
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    2 to 3 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped ham
    1/2 c. diced cheese (Mozzarella)
    3 Tbsp. grated cheese
    parsley
Preparation
    Mix mashed potatoes with butter, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, ham, diced cheese and parsley.
    Butter a medium roasting pan and pour mixture in.
    Top with grated cheese and parsley.
    Bake about 1/2 hour or until lightly brown on top.
