Lemon Cheese Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow pudding cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice or 1 tsp. lemon extract

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, mix dry cake mix, 1 beaten
egg
and
1/3
cup oil until crumbly.
Reserve 1 cup crumbs.
Pat
rest of crumb mixture into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
