Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
    1 stick oleo
    1 small carton sour cream
    onion salt to taste
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Add cream cheese, oleo and sour cream.
    Season to taste with onion salt.
    Grease a round casserole; place the potato mixture into casserole and sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
    May refrigerate overnight or several hours.
    Bring to near room temperature and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Very smooth and creamy as just-made whipped mashed potatoes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
