Huckleberry Muffins(Makes 12 Muffins) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    milk
    1/3 c. oil
    1 3/4 c. flour (use some whole wheat)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. huckleberries or blueberries
Preparation
    Break 1 egg into 1 cup measuring cup.
    Fill with milk.
    Beat egg and milk mixture and add oil.
    Sift dry ingredients together. Put huckleberries into flour mixture to coat them individually with flour.
    Add milk mixture to dry ingredients and mix but not too thoroughly.
    Put in greased muffin pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 12 to 15 minutes.
