Fruit And Dumplings(Serves 5) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed, drained (liquid reserved)
    1 c. (16 oz.) sliced pears, drained (liquid reserved)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. variety baking mix
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 egg
Preparation
    Pour reserved liquids into 4-cup measure; add enough water to measure 1 1/2 cups.
    Stir in cornstarch, cinnamon and 1/3 cup sugar.
    Microwave uncovered on High 4 to 5 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes, until mixture boils and thickens.
    Mix with fruits in round 8 x 1 1/2-inch dish.
