Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 qt. popped corn
1 stick oleo
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Put the popped corn into a brown paper bag.
Put the oleo, brown sugar, corn syrup and vanilla in a 2-cup or larger microwave measuring cup.
Cook 2 minutes on High. Stir.
Cook another 2 minutes. Add the soda and salt.
Pour mixture over popcorn in bag. Shake well.
Microwave 1 1/2 minutes on High. Shake.
Microwave another 1 1/2 minutes.
Shake and pour on 2 cookie sheets.
