Lemon Mystery Pudding(Given To Me 60 Years Ago By My 4-H Club Leader) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs, beaten separately
    juice of 1 lemon
    3/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add beaten egg yolks, lemon, milk and flour.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Bake in buttered baking dish set in pan of warm water 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
