Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/4 c. crumbled potato chips
Preparation
    Drain fish.
    Remove bones and skin and flake fish.
    Melt butter; blend in flour, then stir in milk.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
    Add fish, vinegar, salt and pepper.
    Cool.
    Shape into croquettes.
    Dip into egg and coat evenly.
    Roll in potato chip crumbs coating evenly.
    Deep fry at 365\u00b0 until golden (a few minutes).
