Lemley Favorite Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Microwave on High 3 minutes. Stir it and then cook on High 2 minutes more.
    Now add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and when this grows (peek at it through your window so it won't go all over your microwave), remove from your microwave and pour mixture over 6 quarts popped popcorn in a big grocery brown paper bag.
    Mix the best you can shaking the bag.
    Now return the bag to your microwave and cook on High 1 1/2 minutes. Take bag out and shake. Return for 1 1/2 minutes.
    Take out and shake until in big, yummy bites. So easy and really good.
