Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour milk
1 egg
2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
3 c. chopped rhubarb
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients.
Put in greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
