Picante Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. tomatoes
    1 qt. onions
    1 c. hot peppers
    3/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. pickling salt
    2 tsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    Cut up tomatoes. Dice onions and peppers.
    Using a large pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 45 minutes.
    Add 3/4 cup cider vinegar, pickling salt and minced garlic. Stir well.
    Pour into jars.
    Yields 6 to 7 pints.
