Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    24 oz. tomato sauce
    1 chopped onion
Preparation
    Cut meat into serving size pieces.
    Combine flour, salt and pepper; pound into meat.
    Brown in hot oil.
    Add tomato sauce and onion.
    Cover and simmer until meat is tender.
