Baked Chicken Kiev Country Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sweet cream butter
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
    1 tsp. each basil leaves and oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and split
    1/4 c. apple juice or white wine
    1/4 c. chopped green onion and fresh chopped parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, basil, oregano, garlic salt and salt. Dip breasts in butter, then crumb mixture. Place in ungreased 10-inch nonstick pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender.
