Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. tender steak (1-inch cubes)
    1 can beef broth
    1 each: small red/green peppers (1-inch cubes)
    1 large thin sliced carrot
    1 medium thin sliced onion
    1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 to 2 minced garlic cloves
Preparation
    Brown steak in margarine.
    Pour beef broth over meat.
    Add all ingredients to meat/broth mixture.
    Cook until tender-crisp. Thicken broth with cornstarch.
    Serve over hot cooked rice.
