Low Calorie Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

2 (1 1/4 lb.) broilers, quartered
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
3 Tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. liquid low calorie sweetener
1 clove minced garlic
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Place quartered chicken into baking dish.
Combine all other ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil. Pour sauce over chicken.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until tender.
Yield: 4 servings, 125 calories per serving.
