Spring Garden Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. zucchini slices
    2 c. mushroom slices
    1 c. red pepper strips
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. corkscrew noodles, cooked and drained
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    3/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
Preparation
    In large skillet, stir-fry vegetables in margarine until crisp-tender.
    Reduce heat.
    Add cheese and milk; stir until cheese is melted.
    Add remaining ingredients; toss lightly.
    Serves 4 to 6.
