Frank 'N Burger Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. Russian dressing
2 to 3 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. finely chopped cucumber
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 c. finely chopped celery
Preparation

In large saucepan, blend Russian dressing, cornstarch and mustard; add vegetables.
Bring to a boil, then simmer.
Stir frequently until mixture is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Spoon into covered container, securing lid tightly.
Chill.
Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups relish. Serve, if desired, on hamburgers and frankfurters.
