Curried Seafood En Coquille - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. seafood: scallops, shrimp and/or lobster (no shells)
    1/8 lb. butter
    1 garlic clove, minced
    7 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 small can mushrooms
    bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
    8 large scallop shells
    1/4 c. sherry
Preparation
    Cut scallops, shrimp and lobster into bite-sized pieces.
    Melt butter in a skillet and saute minced garlic.
    Add seafood.
    Blend in flour and milk; bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Add the sherry.
    The sauce should be thick.
    Add mushrooms.
