Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, skinned and cut up
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 Tbsp. tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. wine (optional)
Preparation

Remove any fat from chicken.
Combine with remaining ingredients; simmer over low heat until well blended.
Place chicken pieces on a piece of foil and pour sauce over chicken. Fold foil and seal well.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and cook for an hour longer.
Serves 4.
