Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium Irish potatoes
    1 onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) or use cream of chicken soup
    1 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; peel and slice.
    Layer potatoes, thin sliced onion, salt and pepper, half of soup and half of cheese in baking dish.
    Repeat the layers.
    Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
