Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. milk
1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Beat eggs in bowl.
Slowly add flour and sugar alternating with milk and water.
Then beat with blender or the electric mixer until smooth.
Beat in oil.
Chill for 1 hour.
Pour scant 1/4 cup of batter onto griddle.
Cook until top is set, underside is just brown.
Flip and cook other side.
Can be filled with fruit and sprinkled with confectioners sugar.
Also filled with mixture of cinnamon and regular sugar.
