Hawaiian Delite - cooking recipe

Ingredients

20 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 small carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Preparation

Mix pudding, pineapple and pineapple juice; beat with mixer for 2 minutes.
Add nuts and Cool Whip; mix well.
Refrigerate overnight.
