Sprouts With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh Brussels sprouts, halved
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground mustard
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    minced fresh parsley
Preparation
    Add 1-inch of water and Brussels sprouts to a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
