20-Minute Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 c. spaghetti sauce
1/2 green pepper, sliced
4 c. hot cooked wheel-shaped macaroni (2 c. uncooked)
Preparation

In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook chicken with garlic and black pepper 10 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
Add spaghetti sauce and green pepper.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender.
Serve over macaroni.
Makes 4 servings.
