Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium ripe avocados
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 c. (10 1/2 oz.) jalapeno bean dip or plain bean dip
1 large bunch green onions with tops, chopped
3 medium coarsely chopped tomatoes
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans pitted olives, chopped
large tortilla chips
Preparation

Mash avocados in a bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, combine the next 3 ingredients.
