Perfect Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    2 3/4 c. cake flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. butter
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together cocoa and boiling water and let cool.
    Sift together cake flour, baking soda and baking powder.
    Set aside. Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Stir in flour and cocoa mixture alternately.
    Pour into three 9-inch greased and floured cake pans.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
