Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter, softened
3 Tbsp. butter
9 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
ready made pie crust
chocolate curls
Preparation

Beat sugar and 3/4 cup butter for 4 minutes.
Next, melt 3 tablespoons butter and cocoa.
Let cool, then stir into sugar/butter mixture.
Add vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating mixture 1 minute after each egg, scraping sides of bowl well.
Pour into pie crust.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Garnish with chocolate curls.
