Cheese And Onion Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sliced onions
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
pinch of paprika
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. grated processed American cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Melt butter in double boiler over direct heat.
Add onions, cooking over low heat until almost tender.
Place over pan of boiling water, gradually adding flour, then milk.
Cook, stirring until thickened.
Add seasonings and cheese, stirring until cheese melts.
Sprinkle parsley on top to serve.
Serves 4.
