Mexican Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 heaping tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    3/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. jalapeno pepper juice
    2 c. milk
    1/2 pod jalapeno pepper, diced
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    In double boiler, melt margarine; add flour.
    Mix until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook until mixture is smooth and creamy, stirring often.
    Let dip \"sit\" for a few hours before serving for a spicier flavor.
    Serve warm.
