Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef chuck, ground
1 lb. turkey, ground
1/2 lb. pork, ground
2 slightly beaten eggs
2 c. freshly made bread crumbs
1 onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. milk (skim is O.K.)
3/4 c. tomato paste
Preparation

Combine the ingredients into a large bowl; best tools are washed hands for mixing. Shape mixed ingredients into a well-greased loaf pan (iron skillets are much better). Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. About halfway through, add by smoothing tomato paste on top. Yields about 8 servings.
