Pot Roast Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pot roast
    potatoes
    carrots
    frozen baby lima beans
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Cover roast with foil and bake in oven until almost done, about 2 hours.
    Peel potatoes and cut into wedges.
    Slice carrots and onion.
    Take roast out of oven and place potatoes, carrots and onions on top of roast and around sides.
    Pour lima beans on top. Cover and cook another hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
