Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grated carrot
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 large eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine first seven ingredients in a large bowl; add eggs, oil and vanilla.
Stir until well blended.\tPrepare pans for baking and bake at 350\u00b0.
If using round pans, bake 25 minutes; if using a 9 x 13-inch pan, bake for 35 minutes.
