Broccoli Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. hot cooked rice
    10 oz. cooked, chopped broccoli (frozen)
    1 whole fryer, cooked and chopped into small pieces (you may use 6 or 8 thighs and legs, depending on size)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Mix 2 cups hot cooked rice with Cheez Whiz. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a 9 x 9-inch casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
