Chili Egg Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine (melted)
    1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
    1 lb. shredded monterrey jack cheese
    2 4 oz. cans chopped green chilies
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, jack cheese and melted butter.
    Blend until smooth.
    Stir in chilies.
    Pour mixture into well buttered pan (9x13x2).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until done.
