Spareribs And Kraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. spareribs
2 Tbsp. fat
1 onion, sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. hot water
sauerkraut (as desired)
Preparation
-
Brown ribs in hot fat in a Dutch oven.
Add onion, salt, pepper and water.
Cover; simmer for 1 hour.
Add sauerkraut; cover.
Cook 20 minutes longer.
Makes 4 servings.
