Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. sliced apples (7 or 8 apples)
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Butter 9 x 13-inch casserole dish; place apples in and sprinkle spices over apples.
Work together sugar, flour and butter until crumbly.
Spread over apples.
Bake, uncovered, until apples are tender at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
